”There’s been a lot of brilliant music released this year and I’ve decided to pick out some of my favourite tracks. There were so many more I’d liked to have included but it would take many hours to get through them all. I’ve also included pre-2023 tracks by artists who I only came across this year and have been loving rinsing their back catalogues plus a few tracks I’ve been playing for a very long time and have been on constant rotation this year. Kicking things off with some grunge, rock and lo-fi post-punk…then moving on to hip-hop and grime to close off the first half. I spend the second half mixing a selection of electronic music, starting around the 140bpm mark with techno, garage, electro etc…then ramping up to 160+ territory for some turbo-acid, bass, booty and the like.â€
