This week’s addition to the mix series is a special memory - the recording of Justin Paton’s live acid set, from our Summer Party at Canavans Pool Club in Peckham, on the 17th June.

Justin is an acid house and hardware fanatic. “I first heard Acid House whilst parked outside a Portsmouth nightclub in 1988 when a tape was put on and out came Phuture’s ‘We Are Phuture’. That was it for me”!
26 years later, he got a 303 and hasn’t looked back since. He has released a double vinyl 12”, called ‘My Acid House’, on MottoMotto Records, and a bunch of download albums, mostly on Beauty & Disgust Records. He’s also had one wicked release, ‘Acid, Acid Azarak’, on Freaksville Records.
