Owen Ni is a musician from the United States. Having been playing his tracks a lot of late, it’s a great time to involve him in the series. He is the owner of underground label ‘Run On Recordings’, one half of Ambient Techno duo ‘Outward Roots’, and is a music lover of all kinds. Starting in late 2012, he has already had releases on labels such as Hypnotic Room, Rennie Foster’s RF label, Labrynth, and Emerald & Doreen Records.
He is heavily influenced by early Detroit, minimal techno records and tracks containing deep atmospheres & dub chords.
